The Campaign Activation Fee Explained

What is it?

TRIBE charges a Campaign Activation Fee for all Pay-Per-Use campaigns.

The Campaign Activation Fee changes depending on the level of service required for your campaign.

 

What does it cover?

The Campaign Activation Fee covers the initial access to our technology, and the time and effort required by our teams to set your campaign up for success.

There are three levels of Campaign Activation we provide:

Bronze: Suitable for simple campaigns that you can run yourself.

TRIBE will only provide limited assistance with setting up your campaign. Once your campaign is live, you’ll get basic data access and you’ll be able to contact us via a centralised inbox - we’ll generally respond to queries, requests for assistance or trouble-shooting within 48 hours.

Silver: Our silver Activation Fee sets you up for success. 

We’ll optimise your campaign, assist you with any special creator needs and provide ongoing assistance as your campaign progresses. You’ll have access to a dedicated Campaign Manager and we’ll switch on our advanced data and reporting suite to give you all the insights you need to make the right decisions. We generally recommend Silver for most campaigns that need a layer of our support. 

Gold: For special campaign needs, please contact your Customer Success Manager about our Gold level service.

 

When does the fee get charged?

We only charge the Campaign Activation Fee when you and your Customer Success Manager are happy to send the campaign live. If, during the onboarding process you decide the platform is not suitable to your needs, your campaign won’t be sent live and you won’t be charged.

 

What happens if I don't like the content I receive?

If you’re on our Silver level, we’re here to help. We know how to find and how to encourage our vibrant and talented vetted community to take part in your campaign.

 

What if the campaign activation fee doesn't fit in my budget?

We don’t think it should get in the way of your budget, as it will help ensure your budget delivers the maximum return possible. Generally we’d advise a minimum spend of at least £3,000 plus the Campaign Activation Fee. This sort of budget will give you a good feel for the platform, comfort with the category and showcase the quality of our creator network and their content.
