What is an Annual Fee?
Annual fees provide an ongoing subscription to TRIBE’s tech and team for a full year.
What is tailored pricing?
TRIBE Plus customers get customised pricing, tailored to match their exact usage and service needs for a campaign or entire year.
What level of support and service do you provide?
We provide as much or as little as you need to achieve your goals. Our team will happily discuss your campaign and creator needs and develop a solution that best meets them.
Our standard level of support provides access to our online support team and basic access to our Customer Success and Community Managers.
TRIBE Plus users will work with a team of dedicated Customer Success, Campaign and Community Managers providing a premium level of service tailored to your needs.
Is there a minimum spend required to run a campaign?
Allocated budgets begin at $2,500 per campaign.
How much do creators charge?
For TRIBE campaigns, we set a fixed budget with you, but creators set their own fees which you will see alongside their submissions to your campaigns.
There are several factors creators consider when setting their fees including; follower size, engagement rate, experience level and content format and quality, so their fees will vary. Learn more here.
For TRIBE Plus campaigns, we can provide set rates with creators in advance so that you know exactly what the costs are before you commence.
How will I be billed?
Annual Agreement Fees can be paid upfront at the beginning of your subscription or monthly via direct debit, for the duration of your subscription.
